During our tour of Languedoc-Roussillon this year, we had a day across the border in Spain. this is the photo of the small fishing village in a beautiful remote bay on the Costa Brava where Salvadore Dali lived. A boat trip around the bay in the boat he went out in with his wife Gala was one of those spontaneous excursions which are a part of Slow Tours. With small numbers, there is always the opportunity on one day to change the program and do something which has not been planned. This was our choice for the last day of the tour. Wonderful day, great company (thanks to my guests), a visit to Dali's amusing and charming villa, great food and wine, and blue sky and sunshine!
